    We think that this site is hosted by WordPress, it has suddenly become unavailable and our domain hoster (Hover) told us to contact our web hoster to solve this problem.

    That site has no connection with WordPress.com and so staff here wouldn’t be able to gain access to it. It is possible that it is using WordPress.org software though. A Whois lookup shows this:-
