  hello, i just created an account without subdomain like somename.wordpress.com.

  but now i want to create one like tat under this same account. is it possible, if yes then how?

  Yes, just go to http://wordpress.com and click “register another blog” which is a button right below the list of your existing blogs on that page. You have to be signed in, of course. To register a new username and new blog totally separate, you need to sign out and use a different email, but you can do it from that page; click the big green button.
