  Please ive been trying to make an upgrade to business plan but have been unable to make payment and keep getting the error message quoted as subject. Kindly advise as soon as possible

  We were able to clear the block on our end. Please feel free to try your purchase again. If you have issues be sure to check with your card issuer to make sure they are not blocking purchases from WordPress.com on their end as well, thanks!
