  Hello,

  I’d like to cancel my registration to WordPress and ask for a full refund for my upgrade package, in light of the fact, which i’ve just realized, that i cannot use plugins in your site. My site’s main goal was to serve as a math forum. If i cannot install plugins to enable these capabilities, i have no use for this site at the present time.
