    I accidentally deleted my domain – theberrymonster.com
    Is there a way I can have this reactivated???

    Hi there,

    I can restore your domain, but first I need to know if you plan on keeping the one you just registered (the-berrymonster.com). If you plan on keeping that domain as well, I need to send you a payment request for theberrymonster.com. If you don’t want that domain, let me know so that I can cancel it and restore your old one at no extra cost.

    I’d be grateful if you could please restore the old one. Will this then automatically change over to the old domain name – or do I need to transfer everything over to it?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for more back-and-forth on this, but can you please confirm you wish to cancel the domain, the-berrymonster.com? We need your explicit consent before we can cancel the domain. You also need to understand that if you cancel that domain it might not become available again immediately, and you may not be able to register it again elsewhere in future.

    Meanwhile I’ve restored the domain to your account and moved it over to your current site, as I see you’ve deleted the site you originally had attached to it.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Just to confirm from my side – if I want to keep my content from the-berrymonster.com, will I just need to make theberrymonster.com my primary site and it transfers the content?

    @mayberry0120 you have one site on our servers, which now has two domains.

    Can you confirm which of those you want to keep, or whether you want to keep both? The content would not be affected. If you keep both, you do need to pay for the extra domain, though, so if you wish to get rid of one please let us know right away. We’re almost out of time for cancelling the second domain.
