I accidentally forgot to cancel my service

  I just got hit with a 100 dollar yearly fee that I thought i canceled. Is there any way I can cancel my subscription and get my money back?

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under that account either.

  I’m glad you were able to find the right account :D

  I’ve cancelled your Premium Plan and refunded the recent renewal. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  I notice you also have three domains in this account, with one coming up on renewal next month and another in September.

  If you want to cancel the domains as well, please do that from the Purchases page.

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all, so please only cancel those if you’re sure you’re no longer going to use them.
