Hello. I initially subscribed for a US$48.00 per year for my WordPress and decided to cancel it today, however I didn’t get any of the cancel subscription. I want to know will I get my money back? Please I really need my money.

I see that you canceled your upgrades, and a refund has been issued. You should see that refund on your statement within 10 business days.

I initially subscribed for US$48.00 per year for my WordPress and decided to cancel it today, however I didn’t get any of the cancel subscription in my email inbox. Then I tried to change the subscription to $7 monthly and again cancelled the subscription and got an inbox from my email address that I will get my $7 back but the thing is will I still be able to get my US$41.00 since it has been deducted from my account? I really need my US$48.00 to be refunded and not only US$7.00. Please can somebody help me how to get my money back?
I want to know if I will get my money back in full and not only for the US$7.00

Thank you for your response! When will the amount be refunded to my bank account because when I check to my bank account, I still not yet receive the amount that I should get.
