  I am not sure what happened but I am trying to synchronise my wordpress account… not sure why I cant it seems to think I am someone else but I am the contact person for the above website.
  I would appreciate any support as I am not a technology genius being an elder

  That site is connected to a different account than the one you’re currently logged in. You need to log in to that other account of yours to be able to manage that site.
