I already have a wordpress website, but due to neglectfulness on my part (I was preoccupied with caring for my daughter as she went through metastatic disease and her subsequent death). I have repurchased my domain name from goDaddy, but now I get a message that says ‘parked for free’. I need help finding out what has happened to my website, and if it has been to long for it to still be here, what can I do?

  I need to find out what happened to my website. WordPress recognizes my domain, but either wants to host or map? I need to know how to get to the information that is/was on my website. Thank you.

  I’m really sorry to hear about your daughter, I can see why a website would have been the last thing on your mind.

  I have repurchased my domain name from goDaddy, but now I get a message that says ‘parked for free’.

  Which domain do you need help with? Once I know for sure, I’ll see if I can find where the domain was pointing to before it expired and was repurchased through GoDaddy and why you are seeing that message.

  Just let me know and we can go from there :)
