I already purchased a custom upgrade but it won't let me update the fonts, etc.

    I already purchased my custom upgrade but when I go to appearances to update all my fonts, it says I need to purchase the custom upgrade. I have already purchased it so I’m not sure why it’s not letting me update all my fonts and colour schemes?

    Hi there, it looks like you already cancelled the Custom Design upgrade and received a refund.
