I am blocked from WordPress.org forums

Hi,
I am posting this issue here as there is no customer support or complaint center in WordPress where we can file a complaint. I am a blogger and running my business successfully for the last 3 years. I occasionally use wordpress.org forums when I face any issue regarding a specific plugin or my theme. Last time, I posted a question related to my theme (Neve theme). After a few days, I tried to login into my wordpress.org account but a message appeared at the login screen that I am blocked from wordpress.org forums due to spamming. They also mentioned an email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to contact and resolve the issue. I contacted on this email and ask them to unblock my account. They told me that my account will not be resumed until I give them proof of the spam that I am spreading. I told them that I only post a question for which I need an answer and I have not spammed the forum. If I have done any unwanted activity then you should mention which part of my posted question is considered a ‘Spam’ so that I can clarify on that. But they said if I am unable to provide them the proof of ‘spam’, my account will not be unblocked. Now anyone here can tell me where should I complaint about this childish and stubborn behaviour of wordpress.org support staff? How can I give them the proof of Spam?

We can’t help you with problems on the wordpress.org forum. You’ll have to solve this problem with them.

Is there any email support? Through which channel do I contact them? There is no phone support or email support. The email that I mentioned above refused to reply to my emails. They are saying that I a not cooperating with them by not giving them proof of spam. Does anyone know where should I file a complaint against this issue?

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completely independent entities. The WordPress.org forums are run by WordPress community volunteers, and we have no control over those forums.
We can only suggest cooperating with the forum admins via the email you’ve been given.
