I am deleting my account

    Hi – I dont need a website anymore – I already canceled my domain and also canceled my wordpress.com membership. My next step will be to delete completely my account but before I do so I would like to check with you the following:

    1) I assuem that since I cnaceled my domain and memebrship I wont be charged anymore for anything. Please confirm that this is true

    2) Will I get any refund? cause I did not use the service for a full year

    Yes, that is correct – auto renew has been disabled under your account, so you will no longer be charged.

    2) Will I get any refund? cause I did not use the service for a full year

    To be eligible for a refund, the plan would have to been canceled within 30 days. Your purchased was made on 11/24. So, no refund can be made.
