  Hello, this account has not been in use for a year.

  The account was attached to a credit car for a person no longer paying for the service and was charge incorrectly.

  We’ve opened a dispute to reverse the charge and have paid the chargeback fee.

  Please close and purge all content related to this account.

  I see your site used to be on our Business Plan. Before you’ll be able to close the account, we’ll have to revert that site back to how it was before you installed plugins for the first time.

  There is a risk that any content added after you installed plugins will be lost during this process. Please confirm if we should proceed.

  I have all content backed up.

  Feel free to remove/delete anything necessary in order to close the account.

  I tried to close yesterday and was sent to this support channel when doing so.

  I do not need any of the content you find there – everything can be removed.
