I am getting charged & I don’t know why

    I have a charge on my credit card but when I click on the ‘Why was I charged?’ link, it does not find any charge. I logged into WordPress and I don’t have a credit card attached to my account or any sites created. I tried to call the number on my statement and it told me to go to the website. The website only offers email or chat support to paid subscribers, which my account is not, but I’m paying for somebodies. So now I’m forced to post to a public forum to ask about billing questions. Does anybody work for this company or is it just a bot?

    WordPress billed me and I don’t have an account. I will dispute the charge with my credit card – but want my money refunded.

    I don’t see any payments made from the WordPress.com accounts you’re posting from. If you’re sure you were charged by us, please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com and enter the charge details to see what the charge was for.

    You can use the form on the website to send the charge details directly to our billing team, who will review the payments and get back to you via email to help you with the next steps.
