I am have extensive difficulty with WordPress

  I do not have username Snakebyte for my website, yet it is the user for my wordpress account. Because of this I cannot upgrade my Jetpack services. For over 1 month, I have been going back and forth with no help. Is there anyone who can speak me? Good grief. Vinay S.

  I finally found the error. There was another account set up by the person that created my website, and didnt tell me that.

  My jetpack free account still lets spam through though. What package stops this?

  All paid plans come with spam blocking. Generally with Jetpack I would recommend whichever plan fits your site description best (personal, small business, or organization).
