  There seems to be a problem with my upgraded premium primary url naturalcosmeticandskincare.org Please assist me. Thanks!
  If you go on web it is not showing or viewing properly. What is the problem? Do I need to get 99.00 refund then?

  Did you already own naturalcosmeticandskincare.org before adding it to your WordPress.com account? If not, then the domain is already registered by someone else and you have to pick a new domain. You can cancel the domain at https://naturalcosmeticandskincare.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  If the domain is yours, then please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  I do own the domain but do not see my domain manger or where to update for my billing card was different to update the domain. Where do I go to go to damin manger for do not see it on my wordpress dash board.

  The domain registrar just got back to me. It seems you registered the domain at 2012-10-23, but didn’t renew this year. The domain eventually expired at 2014-01-03 and is now registered by a different person.

  Since a free domain is included in the premium upgrade you’ve purchased (2014-01-09), you can register a new domain at:

  https://naturalcosmeticandskincare.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  I cannot believe that someone so desperate would take away my domain Natural Cosmetic and Skin Care.org. WordPress is the culprit for I did not have my link on my dashboard nor any place inside my blog to renew it so conveniently giving it to a special interest which should use their own creativity not mine. I am a licensed esthetician and invested a lot of money in both my career and professional pursuits. This country is serving and Oligarchy that does nothing but take away from others in the market place. I bought naturalcosmeticandskincare.com to rectify this infringement upon my business.

  I am sorry I was not able to help you more in this case. We attempted to inform your domain’s expiration (via email and dashboard notices). It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration, but because of the time lapsed, the domain was sent back to the registrar who then sold it to a new owner. This support article describes the expiration process in detail, if you are interested:

  Feel free to register a new domain at https://naturalcosmeticandskincare.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains . The domains naturalcosmeticandskincare.net and naturalcosmeticandskincare.me are still available for registration.
