I am having trouble with my corporate website security

    Hello I am Anoorupa Bose. I own an advertising agency Optimist India. This is the website which I also own https://www.optimistcreativeindia.com/ . I worked with a developer to make me a wordpress page where i could edit my corporate website. https://optimistcreativeindia.com/wp/wp-admin/index.php. I have the username & password but every time i am trying to change the Administration Email Address from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my own email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) i get the message ´´This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this, an email will be sent to your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.There is a pending change of the admin email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). ´´. THE PROBLEM IS i am not getting any confirmation mail to (email visible only to moderators and staff) i have checked spam as well. this is a security issue please help me at the earliest,

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It looks like the site is hosted with GoDaddy, I’d recommend reaching out to GoDaddy support to make sure the website is sending emails as it should.
