I am looking for a refund on a premium theme purchase

  I purchased a Premium Theme for my blog, however when activated it didn’t look anything like the live preview and actually cannot support the blog features I need. I specifically needed a blog theme that had particular looks and features and it appeared as if the theme I chose (Minimum) would work. Upon purchase and activation I found it looked much different in the layout and could find no means of making changes to accommodate my needs. I am writing to request a refund as that theme does not match what I expected to purchase.

  You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
