    Quite tricky this blogging thing. First the ipage (the hosting service I’ve got) advertised a monthly payment and they charged me for a whole year in advance. I found that a kind of scam… Well, decided to move on and built my blog…
    Second: there is not that huge amount of themes available on wordpress and they are not easy to understand when you are a beginner like me. I’m trying to delete a post from wordpress and I can not find a way. It should be a simple task but there is no delete option there. If anyone out there know how to do that, please let me know. Thank you in advance. Alex

    WordPress.com vs WordPress.org

    Your website alexrafferty.com is using Self-hosted version of WordPress which is available at WordPress.org.

    I’m trying to delete a post from wordpress and I can not find a way. It should be a simple task but there is no delete option there. If anyone out there know how to do that, please let me know.

    Yes, it’s a simple and easy task. Firstly login to your WordPress site by typing
    http://alexrafferty.com/wp-login.php
    And, then login with your credentials and then you can disable that banned which says “Website Coming Soon”

    I have checked your site and seen this alert message:

    This is the default coming soon page for this site because it was installed via MOJO Marketplace.
    If you are the site owner and are finished building the site you can click the link in the banner of the administration panel to disable it.

    Now, deleting posts
    If you already have a post which you said you’ve created, when you’ve logged in to your WP-Admin dashboard go to > Posts> All Post
    And, then select the post you wish to delete and the click “Trash” that will delete your post.
