I am new at building my site

    I was wondering as I am building my site, is it public? I would rather it be not until I get it the way I want it to look. I have a site with Stores On Line, who is no longer available and I want to start fresh. I’m paying Crexendo for hosting, but can never get an answer or help. I want to start fresh and get this one up and running and see if you can host my site for me. I have an SSL and Domain with Go Daddy at this time. My concerns are after I build my site and I want it published, will there be a problem with that and after it is completed and my term is over with Go Daddy, can I switch my domain and SSL to your company.
