I am not able to access WP admin and it is not sending me an email to my email address to change the password.

    I can not access WP admin. I am not receiving an email when I ask to reset my password. My website also used to publish to my Facebook business page, but no longer does this.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there,

    Your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through your host, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    You can ask Bluehost support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
