Hi @lindsaymcfarlane23, can you clarify which website you’re struggling with and the error you receive when you try to install your theme?
Most theme installation issues are problems with permissions (the host would have to fix those), or you’ve got a child theme that needs a parent theme installed first. The error message should tell more about that.
By the way, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link and we can point you in the right direction.
