  You might try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Please also make sure you’re running the latest version of your browser:
  http://browsehappy.com

  Then, try uploading your blog picture at Settings -> General in your dashboard.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/

  If you’re still running into trouble, please describe what happens when you try to upload your image.

  Hi Chris, I solved the problem. My photo would not load because it was too large a file. I reduced the file and it loaded!..Thanks
