I am not receiving my Authorization code when sent

I have a domain, valid username & password. I have set up 2 step authentication. The login indicates that it is sending the code to my cell by displaying the last 2 digits. I never receive the codes on my cell.
How can I gain access to my domain if I can’t execute the authentication process?
I have receipts in earlier emails.

That’s the moment you must use one of the backup codes you got when you set up 2FA and you had to print out and store on a safe place. I would also advice to use an authenticator app instead of sms.
