  I hope you are doing well in these difficult times. My name is Ariel Chavarro Avila, I am the owner of http://www.arielchavarroavila.com Someone else created my website with you, but since the beginning it has been a complete desastre to have it with you. How can I claim my money back for one year in advance I paid for it and create it myself with another company like Wix

  You received a refund from us back on 5/24 for a Premium Plan. Both your site and domain are no longer hosted with us. It appears you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site with Go Daddy now. I would reach out with this if you are having any issues or concerns with your site.
