bot just keeps asking do you want to go back to your previous conversation. tried creating new chat multiple times but same thing over and over. i have the business plan

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a Business plan and then get trapped in a support loop when you actually need help. For anyone stuck in this cycle where the bot keeps refreshing a previous conversation, the fastest way to break it is to clear your browser cookies for wordpress.com or open the support page in a private/incognito window. This forces the bot to reset its session and should finally present you with the option to ‘Start a New Chat’ or ‘Email Us.’If that still doesn’t work, you can bypass the bot by going directly to wordpress.com/help/contact, which is the ‘hidden’ direct line for paid plan users. I’ve also tagged this thread with ‘modlook’ so a Happiness Engineer can see your request here in the forum and reach out to you via the email associated with your account to get your support ticket opened manually.

Hello! You should be able to start a new chat by clicking the question mark at the top of your dashboard, and then clicking the Get Help button following the steps in our Getting Support guide. Note that you will get our support assistant (an AI helper) first, but if you tell it you want to chat with a human, it will connect you to human support.
If this is what you are doing, then there could be a local browser issue preventing you from starting a new chat.
