    I have tried several times to add tdawneightyone as an administrator but she never receives the invitation. How can I fix this?

    Hi Joyelle,

    I checked to make sure that the invitation emails are being sent to tdawneightyone, and they are. Can you please ask her to double check her spam folder and the other inbox tabs (like Social & Promotions) in Gmail? The invitation emails might have ended up there.

    If she still can’t find those invitations from you, she’ll need to contact us or email us directly and we can help her further with that.
