I am trying to add Site Logo and the image is kept in a distorted way by wordpress.

  Please look at the screenshot that I attached. The Site Logo is distorted and kept at a completely different location.

  The link to the screenshot you sent was blank. Are you trying to add a logo to sacredsouldiaries.wordpress.com?

  With the Libretto theme, the site logo appears at a maximum width of 100px and a maximum height of 100px.
