  I am trying to delete my account and can’t find the ‘auto renewal’ under the store tab as directed in the instructions

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The WordPress.com user account that you are writing from does not have any upgrades associated with it. So I suspect that is the crux of the issue.

  What upgrade are you trying to cancel specifically?

  myremnantsoftime.wordpress.com

  Please cancel the renewal of $99. I am not using this account.
  Please confirm that I will not be charged a renewal fee for an account I am not using.

  The WordPress.com user account that you are writing from does not have any upgrades associated with it. So I suspect that is the crux of the issue.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to cancel those upgrades.
