I am trying to cancel my domain and get a refund

    I have a blog I never got going that I bought a domain mapping and the domain name fingnice.org for, its been so long I forgot about, until it auto updated and I got a charge notification in a email from paypal. I tried to figure out where to cancel it or request a refund, but then I log into the related account (https://thefuntherapy.wordpress.com) I don’t see it listed anywhere, not under upgrades, domains or billing, I tried following cancellation guides, but without locating the fingnice.org it doesn’t do me any good, please help.

    The account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade. Which may be why you were not seeing evidence of it when you logged in.

    If you log in with the correct account, you should be able to access that upgrade. Once you do that, if you still have trouble canceling, post here (with the owner’s account) and I can help you out.
