I am trying to expose a mentally unstable individual(s)who leaves nasty comments

  I am trying to expose a mentally unstable individual who leaves nasty comments. Am i breaking laws by talking about this individual who is in national news? She’s called the news media and contacted web-news media sites, and now she is using these websites comment pages to verbally attack and threaten my family. My post “When I’m Warden” is a re-post of astrophe59, and it’s been re-post by me to show the history of their ugly, slandering, harassing activities. She’s (they) managed to get national news coverage, for her (their) side only, posted misrepresenting youtube videos, has broken a restraining order by trying to subscribe to my relative’s web page. (All of the perpetrators 27-filed police reports were unfounded, but they continue to harass us.) They also used the news media web comment pages to promote a “book” by inserting links in the comment blocks.
  Please advise; I will stop my blog if I am in the wrong. Thank you for any advice. :)

  It’s not a crime to call out abusive behaviour, at least not in the US. However, she may or may not sue you and may or may not win, that’s a whole other issue.

  If she’s slandering you, why don’t you sue her? If you have a restraining order she’s broken, bring it to the attention of law enforcement.

  Also, if your blog is dedicated to going after one particular person it is against the Terms of Service here and will probably be suspended.
