I am trying to request a refund….cannot see to find to get refund for PREMIUM

  THIS DOES NOT LET ME REQUEST A REFUND>>>>>>>stop taking me back to the store……need a refund I purchased PREMIUM by mistake thinking that I needed it for a STUDIOPRESS TEMPLATE – you offer a 30 day refund – very difficult to figure out how to request.
