I am trying to update my email address on this account?

    I am trying to update my email address attached to this account. It is not allowing me to make the change. I also think my renewal is due and I am not receiving any emails in that regard because I no longer have the email address that I had when this account was set up.

    If you have not received the change of email address confirmation to your new email address, please check the spam folder.

    If you get an error message when trying to change the email address, please let us know what it is.

    I also think my renewal is due

    If you are referring to your custom domain name, it looks set to expire in November. Hopefully you will be able to resolve the email address issue before that.

    However, should that not happen, you can also “gift” yourself the domain renewal following these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/gift-upgrades/

    Whatever does happen, don’t let your domain expire because that is a world of pain.
