I am unable to cancel my annual subscription that I bought 10 days back on 8 Aug

    In Purchases dashboard of my account, I cannot see the option of cancelling my subscription that I bought 10 days back on 8 Aug. Can you help to cancel and refund the money? I have subscribed to WP through Dreamhost.

    It looks like you were able to initiate the refund successfully back on 8/9.

    It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
