  when I try to visit it, I get a notification that it isn’t secure, but I don’t take anybody’s information and it is just a blog. I don’t sell anything, but I get a message that the certificate is not up to date or something similar.

  No doubt you are really needing assistance with an unnamed site hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software. You need to approach your host directly for advice about an SSL certificate.
