i am unable to edit my pages

  I upgrqaded to 5.4.1 and continue to get error messages wnen I try to edit my pages or try to use my dashboard. I receive a message and then get an email from wordpresss. How do I edit my pages? The Support forum is not much help, I am not a programmer all I want to do is change the hours I am open and make menu changes

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
