  using the same email and password I am suddenly unable to log in. So, I changed my password but was still unable to log in. This is irritating. please help.

  You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog to access it.

  You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

  Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

  Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

  i to am unable to login with usual password so did the whole forgot email was sent sms to change did that and now i keep getting email notice;

  Did you click the link then?

  I would suggest changing the password to your email account, in case it’s been hacked. Then change the password for the blog.
