I am unable to login in My website

  Dear Sir
  Today i am unable to login in my WordPress website , I am facing a eroor message ‘Cannot activate! FPW Post Thumbnails plugin requires WordPress version 3.3 or higher!’

  So sir kindly help me, i will very thankful to you.
