I am using the customizing option and changes I made have been "saving" for morh

  Changes made using customizing still “saving” after two hours! Is there a way to address this without losing the changes I made? blog has 4,500 posts

  I let the customization changes “save” overnight but it still read “saving” this morning…when I hit the back button, the customized font, colors were lost…

  There are about 4,500 posts on this blog so I imagine there may be an issue with scale, but please advise!!

  Hi there, thanks for the link. It doesn’t look like you’ve actually purchased the Custom Design upgrade for that site, which is why any design customizations made in that area can’t be saved.

  That site’s upgrades can be viewed at Store > My Upgrades:

  If you’re referring to a different form of customization, please let me know exactly where you were making the tweaks and I’ll be glad to have another look.
