I don’t think my country restricts access to internet at all. We all have access to the internet
And I used to open view the website. Any other thing you would think of? Is that I use a free plan? -
This has nothing to with wether you are on the Free Plan or having a paid plan. I tagged this with modlook, perhaps a Staff member can tell us more.

Hi @theabigailbenitha, you’ve mentioned other folks can’t view your site either. Are you all using the same internet connection, and if so can you contact its provider?
Also, are you able to view other WordPress sites, such as ones listed here?
https://wordpress.com/discoverRegarding being unable to edit posts, could you test another browser with that to see if it helps?
And lastly, could you clarify what error you get when you try to view your page?
