I believe I have been fraudulently charged by wordpress and there is no way to contact the company directly. How do I sort this out?

I have had $400 automatically withdrawn from my account and there is no way to contact the company directly. I used to have a wordpress sitwe but it no longer exists nor does the emaiul associated with it. I recienved a welcome to wordpress email and iff I log in through my google account using that email there are no purchases assigned to that account. Why have I been charged? Where has the money gone? How do I sort this out?

Thank you. My old account was for bodz Nutrition and had the email (email visible only to moderators and staff)
My computer had the old log in details still saved but it say’s there is no account associated with that email ( which there shouldn’t be as it was closed) -

If you don’t have access to the email address associated with that account, then to regain access to your account and get a refund you’ll need to provide us with the transaction ID for the upgrades purchased for the account. You can learn more on how to retrieve the transaction ID here:

After getting the transaction ID please send it to us via the following form:
