  Hi I bought a domain 5 days ago and I want to change the name. The name of the website is ellirescue.com however I want to change it to internationalanimalrescue.com instead of ellisrescue.com is this possible?

  No, You can cancel a domain and receive a refund within 96 hours of purchase, https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#cancel-a-domain-name.
  I see internationalanimalrescue.com has already been registered so you’ll be able to use that domain.
