I bought a domain name on april 08, 2016 and I noticed that I can't use it anymore

    I was wondering why I don’t have my domain name anymore – I had just purchased the domain in April 08, 2016. I even have the receipt for it. I thought domains registrations expired after 1 year? It’s not even a year yet! I searched for it and it says that the domain name was available!!! I’m so confused.

    It appears that there was some type of glitch that deactivated the domain under your site. I definitely apologize for that. However, I re-registered the site under your account and added private registration as well.
