I bought a new domain with WP-Cannot login

Hello, I started a new blog and domain of “regularguy-revolution.com” under the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I cannot login to this new blog because the WordPress system automatically goes to an older blog that was started with the (email visible only to moderators and staff) address. At this point I have paid the $18 for the custom domain and got nothing to show for it!!!! I am extremely frustrated!!! I just want A REFUND!!! But, since I can’t login to my new blog, I can’t even access the main menu to start the refund process!!!!

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that domain.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to access the site associated with that domain.
Can you log into the other account? The purchase was made just today, so you have logged into it recently.

Hello and thank you for your response. I have deleted my WordPress account and called my backing institution and ordered a new debit card. WordPress has the worst customer service on the planet!!! I will go elsewhere to open a blog. Thanks

I’m sorry to hear that and I wish you the best in whatever direction your blogging takes you.
That said, because the domain is still registered with us, I feel like it is worth trying to get you reconnected to the account that owns the domain so that you can either get a refund or use the domain in the future at another webhost.
I am sending an email to the address associated with the WordPress.com account that owns the upgrade. With any luck, you will receive it and be able to reply.

I would like to get a refund for the $18 domain. I cannot use it and cannot login. I also cannot reach anyone at WordPress!!!!! They are a worthless company! McDonalds has better customer service and they sell $1 items!!! I will make a YouTube video soon to logging this journey to nowhere and totally humiliate WordPress. Hopefully the CEO sees it and makes changes immediately!!!

There are no purchases on the “jesseschmunk” account, but we can help if you’ll pick one of these steps to follow:
1) Log out, then log in again with the correct account (It’s the one that received the email invoice.)
Or
2) Go to wpchrg.com and fill out the form, so we can find and refund the charge that way.
