I bought a ‘Premium plan’ but my plan continuous in the "free plan"

  So I bought a ‘Premium Plan’ on wordpress for 1 year. Payment has been deducted from my bank (Bradesco) but my site is still on the usual ‘free’ plan. Please help me. Its like wasting my money. I don’t wanna try to buy again because I am afraid it will charge me double.

  The blog I need help with is fredericoaraujogoncalves.wordpress.com.

  I also choose the new domain like fredericoaraujogoncalves.com, because of the ‘Premium Plan’, but its not working.

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account, and the domain, fredericoaraujogoncalves.com, does not appear to be registered.

  However, I do see an ebanx payment on your account, so I’ve asked our billing team to double check. Please don’t try paying again. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from the team.

  I heard back from our billing team, and the payment has not come through. If it has definitely been deducted from your bank, it has not reached our account, so please contact your bank to follow up on this so they can double check the status of the transaction on their end.
