  I bought the bundle but store wants to charge a domain mapping upgrade when I try to add my domain.

  The store did charge for mapping domain, I thought this was included in the bundle upgrade.

  You’re right – there was an issue with your domain credit. I’ve fixed it up and given you a $13 refund – sorry about that! It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
