  Hi! I bought a theme but I can downloaded….trough pid dis… I already have it in my Surface ( that is my second question? can I use wordpress in Windows surface or just in Mac? ) but I don’t know where to start…please help

  If you are trying to upload a WordPress theme you bought from a theme market to use on your above WordPressdotcom site, you’ll need to upgrade your site to the Business plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  If you bought a Premium theme from the WordPressdotcom Theme Showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/premium you can activate it in your MySite dashboard> Themes

  If you are trying to do something else, please explain in more detail.

  WordPressdotcom can be accessed and used on any device that has a browser.
