I can log in but can’t get access to help

    I am able to log in and work on this site but I am not able to get to the profile to make changes or get to the chat help.
    I am a novice user and have been asked to edit and update the site because the previous web manager left the company on bad terms and has left me very little information on how to work with this site. Can someone please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) the previous employee was (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi! I see a test site on this account, and you should be able to edit that. It looks like you’re just getting started and trying some things out. We have a few start guides if you need help.

    If so, use this link to log in. That one not hosted here on our servers; it’s a self-managed copy of WordPress with another host. You’ll want to be mindful of whether you have backups and what not. Your host can likely help with that.
