I can log in to wordpress.com but it will not allow me to access my blog?

I can log in to wordpress.com but it will not allow me to access my dashboard or blog at all. It brings me to another log in screen, where if I enter my correct username and password again, it says it is incorrect. What is going on and how can I fix this? I just want to create a post on my blog and it is not letting me access it at all, just the wordpress.com page.

Well, you have a WP.com login but not a WP.com blog. It’s complicated.

So even though my blog shows up when it allows me to sign in to wordpress.com and I click dashboard it doesn’t take me there it takes me to login page where it rejects my login information….I tried going to wordpress.org and if i login there it says “The username or email gfhomes does not exist here on WordPress.org. Register it?” so I am not sure how I am supposed to access my blog that is listed under My Blogs on wordpress.com…thanks for your help

I am taking over the posting for someone else and they don’t have the information if they used a host site or anything like that….so I am not sure how I am supposed to access the blog with the WP username and PW.
