i can never sign into my account

  everytime i try and log into wordpress i cannot, only through links can i access my account. this has become a problem since there is layers from the site management and admin pages which i cannot log into. please can i have some assistance as changing my password does not seem to work either. thanks.

  What wordpress.com account are you trying to log in to? What is the URL of your site?

  You are in the wrong forum as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=purehearttherapies.com, but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  You have to create an account there. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely unrelated.
